*You must have at least 50g of carbs per day and 50g of protein to meet minimum daily requirements.
*You can now put any combination into the basket but you will need to add up you carbs and protein each day.
*You may need to add some additional carbs and/or protein to get the right level each day
*You can also have 100ml of skim milk, milk alternative or low carb yoghurt each day.
*You can only have 1 MRP bar per day as it is higher in calories and carbs than the over products.
