Our Everyday Plan can get you into ketosis and burning fat!
How to buy and use the products:
-choose 112 products from the list below
-you can have up to 28 snacks but many prefer less snacks and more packs
-check your average daily calories and carbs from the green counter on the right hand side of the screen
-for ketosis you should try to aim between 25-60g of carbs per day
-if you are carb sensitive try to select the lower carbs products
-read the "Our Products" section for more info on ketosis and low carbing
-purchase the plan
-when it arrives read the info and contact Billy if you have any questions
-add additional low carb food so that you have at least 600 calories per day
