28 Day VLCD Diet Plan
Our VLCD/low calorie plan is our easiest plan to follow!
How to buy and use the products:
-choose 112 products from the list below
-you can have up to 28 snacks but many prefer less snacks and more packs
-check your average daily calories from the green counter on the right hand side of the screen
-purchase the plan
-when it arrives read the info and contact Billy if you have any questions
-add additional low calorie food to have at least 600 calories per day
It is possible to add some low calorie food to this plan. You should also drink at least 2 litres of water per day.
