About Us

I am Billy and I have been running Billy’s Diet since 2010 and we specialise in low calorie and low carb diet foods.  My husband Maz is also involved as our IT specialist!

We offer very low carb products like crisps, bars, meals and drinks which are suitable for a low carb/ketosis diet and also Wellbeing Teas that will boost your keto weight loss. 

Our products are also very low calorie so are suitable for anyone calorie counting. 

We have a small range of Meal Replacements, including shakes, meals and bars with added vitamins so they can replace a meal, perfect for when you don’t have time to cook or for when you are out and about!

Shipping Questions

When will my order be sent?

-we send orders every week day.  99% of orders placed before 12pm will be sent the same day.  We also try to send any order than comes in before 2pm on the same day as well but this is not guaranteed.  You will received several emails from us, to confirm the order and then when it is sent.  If you do not get an order confirmation email please let us now.

When will my order arrive?

-our standard postage is Royal Mail tracked 48 which takes 2-5 working days.  Based on customer feedback we have found it usually takes 2 working days to arrive on average.  On the basket page you can upgrade to Royal Mail tracked 24, which takes 1 working day on average or to DHL, which is next working day delivery on 99% of orders.   DHL recently bought UK Mail and you may still see reference to both companies with the tracking.

Do you offer international postage?

-usually yes but right now we are still in the process of adding it to our new website.  If you need a price for international shipping please email on enquiries@billysdiet.co.uk for a quick response.

Do you offer free postage?

-YES!  If your basket cost is over £100 and you live in mainland England, Wales and lower Scottish postcodes then the free postage via DHL option will be chosen automatically.

Are there additional fees for remote postcodes?

-Yes and no!  All UK orders with a basket weight of less than 3kg will not be charged extra for a remote postcode.  However for larger orders, to Scottish islands & highlands and to any UK remote address such as IoM, N.I etc you should be charged a remote postcode fee.  This will be calculated once you have entered your postcode.  At the moment this has not been added to the new website so right now there is no additional fee.

Can I collect my order in person?

-Yes!  We have offices in Colwick, Nottingham and you are welcome to collect.  Please chose the collect in person option on the shipping section.  It is free to collect but you must email us to arrange a time to collect.  Generally we are available between 9am and 3pm Monday to Friday.

General Questions

I am not sure what to buy!

-We hear this a lot!  Luckily we are here to help.  All of our products are ow in calories and low in carbs.  They are suitable for both a low calorie diet and a low carb diet.  Low carb dieting is often called a ketosis or keto diet.  You can find a lot more info on both ways of dieting from the low calorie or low carb menu above.  You can also email us on enquiries@billysdiet.co.uk   or use the live chat option if it is available.

Can I return my products for a refund?

-In general, as we sell food, we cannot exchange or refund you for any purchases.  We suggest that you buy a small amount first, to see what you like before committing to a larger order.

Your statutory rights are not effected.  We do offer a full refund for any purchase returned to us within 14 days of purchase as long as no items have been removed.  This policy only applies when the full order is returned in an used, unopened state.  If you open a package or try a pack then you will be be able to return the items for a refund.
