By purchasing either from this site or our eBay store you are agreeing to our these terms and conditions.

Following new GDPR rules we are updating our privacy information so that it is clear what we will do with your information.
-we do not store sensitive personal data in any form (data relating to a person’s race, sexuality, health, criminal records or affiliations).
-we keep a record of your name, address, email address and order history only.
-we do not share this info with any third parties with the exception of your name, address, email address and telephone number with Royal Mail and DHL for sending of your orders (or any other third party mailing company we may use) and your name and email address with Mailchimp for our marketing emails.
-we send emails, some of which you can opt-out of, some which you cannot.
-you cannot opt-out of order related emails, such as order confirmation and order send emails, these are automated and are part of the service we offer.  We also may occasionally contact you to check you are happy with your order and offer assistance.  These tend to be sent after your first email and are sent as a legitimate interest to improve customer satisfaction.
-you can, on the order confirmation page, opt-out of our marketing email and also via the my account section, where you can opt back in as well.  We send 1-2 emails a month announcing offers, giveaways, new products and sometimes inspirational weight loss stories.  We don’t think of these as intrusive or spam and hope you will be happy to receive the email so we can keep you updated.  There is also a link on every marketing email to opt-out via Mailchimp (the company we use to send the emails).
If you unsubscribe to our mailing list it may take up to one month for your name to be removed and you may received 1-2 more emails. If you want to be sure you have been removed please email Billy to check.

-we do not handle any financial payments ourselves.  All payments are made via SagePay and we have no record of your personal financial information (such as card numbers).
Several of the products we stock can help weight loss as part of a calorie controlled diet. Best results are achieved with moderate exercise.
Some products are tailored for very low calorie and low carbohydrate programmes;
You should speak to your doctor before undertaking any very low calorie or low carbohydrate diet. 
The diet programmes sold here should not be used for a prolonged length of time. In particular ‘extreme’ ketosis plans can be very taxing, especially for those used to a high calorie intake.  The “extreme” plan does not generally include Meal Replacement Products (MRP).   For a balanced daily food intake you should add a low carb meal to ensure a balanced nutritional diet. 
All products sold on this site are to be used at your own risk and following the correct professional advice where required. We accept no responsibility for your health.
These plans can be difficult to follow for some people and can therefore require some willpower and determination, especially on a low carb plan as the first 3-5 days can have side effects including headaches and hunger while your body adjusts.  These side effects reduce over time.  Please consider what you are buying; we offer a range of trial packs so you can try before you commit to a greater investment of time and money.
Please ensure you have read all the information pages so you are aware of what you are buying. Some products contain active ingredients that may cause complications with existing conditions or ongoing medication. 
We have added a Total Food Replacement (TFR) plan.  Please read all relevant information about this plan being buying.  Not following the rules/infiormation can lead to health/medical issues.  By agreeing to the terms & conditions you are confirming you have read and understood this information.  We are not responsible if you do not follow the guidelines.
We take pride in how we send our parcels.  We often re-use boxes we receive our stock in, to reduce our recycling and keep our packaging costs low and use packing pager to protect your products, if needed.  However certain products can be damaged in the post.  In particular the crisps, biscuits and bars can be squashed in the post.  These items always leave us in perfect condition and we cannot be help responsible if they are damaged in sending.  Many of our bars are chocolate coated with can be melted in hot weather during transit.
IMPORTANT: Please check that your address and contact details are correct! If we have a query about your order, we will attempt to telephone in order to get your products sent out as soon as we can. Getting in touch by email can delay things. Couriers used for delivery may also need a telephone number. We do retain your contact details and may at our discretion use your email address to get in touch. You may opt out of further non-automated (offers etc) mass emails. Automated (order placed, order confirmation) emails cannot be opted out of.

Receiving your order: Most orders are sent same day or next working day. Once it is sent you will receive a dispatch email from us with tracking details. You will also be contacted by either the courier or Royal Mail with delivery ETAs. If you have not had any contact by 3 days after placing your order please contact us. There may be a delay that we can deal with if we know there is a problem. If a parcel is returned to us for any reason that is not our fault then you will be liable for the cost of the return postage or the cost of original postage will be taken off any refund. It is really best to get in contact as soon as possible is there is an unexpected delay.
Returns Policy: In short, goods returned must be receivedback in saleable condition before replacements will be sent out. If not in saleable condition, the returned goods will be sent back to you.  Please email for more information.

Information as given is accurate as far as we know. Omissions and errors in information provided may occur. If we find incorrect information in any of our descriptions, we will rectify it as soon as possible. Our selection of products may change on rare occasions, and we reserve the right to do so without notice. This can include changing recipes which may result in changes of suitability for various dietary requirements including vegetarians. We endeavour to keep our website pricing cheaper than eBay, but again reserve the right to run offers and promotions on eBay which may affect this.
Any advice given is done so from our personal experience and information obatined on the internet and from existing customers.  We are not dietitians nor nutritionalists.  Only our TFR plan has been approved by our dietitian. 
Privacy Policy: We maintain an order history for all registered customers, together with basic shipping/billing and email addresses for each order placed. This information can be accessed and addresses held changed via your customer profile. All information is held in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998/GDPR2018. We do not pass any of this information on to any third party. We do not store any financial information at all for customers (credit/debit card numbers, paypal ID etc). All payment is handled via the SagePay secured (SSL) gateway. On your return to this site from the payment gateway, you should see a ‘Your order has been placed’ message. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
Delivery to Remote Postcode Policy: If you do not live in England or Wales your parcel will probably be sent via RM T24 rather than courier. RM T24 is a tracked service. If your parcel weight is over 3kg you will need to select the remote postcode option which is a slightly higher cost, if you do not choose this option your order will be delay while we get payment.
Royal Mail deliveries: all Royal Mail T24 deliveries are fully tracked for parcels between 300g and 3kgs, under 300g will have a delivery confirmation avaliable after it is delivered.  RM can leave parcels in “safe place” or with neighbours.  Once your parcel is in RM’s network we have no control over when or how it is delivered.  If you have not received your parcel within a few days of ordering please email Billy and she will check the delivery confirmation.  If this is showing as delivered but you do not have the parcel, or it is not with a neighbour we are not responsible.  You will need to make a claim with Royal Mail for lost items.  We cannot resend or reimburse you if RM’s delivery confirmation is showing as delivered.  RM do have an excellent record when it comes to handling your mail and issues rarely occur.
Please check your dispatch email as occasionally parcel due to be sent via Royal Mail may be sent via DPD.
DHL deliver next working day in 99% of cases.
