Meals! Sometimes you need something more, something that you eat with a fork. Our meals come in 10 tasty flavours, from a filling muesli to pizza (yes pizza on a diet!). New in! Gluten Free porridge! The meals are: high in protein to keep you feeling fuller for longer, low calorie, low carb and high fibre. All (except spag bol) are suitable for vegetarians and have at least 15% added vitamins per sachet (except choc muesli & oat porridge).
